Voor onze locatie in Ewijk zoeken wij een Verzorgende IG die zich thuis voelt binnen de psychogeriatrische zorg. In deze rol ben je nauw betrokken bij het dagelijks leven van bewoners en draag je actief bij aan hun welzijn. Wat ga je doen? Als Verzorgende IG speel je een belangrijke rol in de dagelijkse zorg en begeleiding van bewoners. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het uitvoeren van verzorgende en verpleegtechnische handelingen - Het bieden van persoonlijke begeleiding afgestemd op de bewoner - Het signaleren van veranderingen in gedrag of gezondheid en hierop acteren - Het stimuleren van zelfstandigheid waar mogelijk - Het onderhouden van contact met familie en betrokkenen - Het zelfstandig organiseren van je werkzaamheden en prioriteiten stellen Wie ben jij? - Een afgeronde opleiding Verzorgende IG (mbo niveau 3) of vergelijkbaar - Affiniteit met psychogeriatrische zorg - Zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel - Flexibiliteit in werktijden (alle diensten) - Een warme en respectvolle benadering richting bewoners Waar ga je werken? Dat doen we op onze locaties in Beuningen, Beneden-Leeuwen, Druten én Ewijk. Klein Waelwick in Ewijk is een kleinschalige, huiselijke woonomgeving voor 24 ouderen met dementie.
