Dankzij jou loopt ze er net zo netjes bij als dat ze altijd gewend was. Je slaat een arm om haar heen en zegt: "natuurlijk, dat doe ik met liefde." Per direct zijn wij op zoek naar een Flex-Verzorgende IG voor 16 tot 32 uur, alle diensten. Op mijn werk voel ik me net zo lekker als thuis. Je hoeft elkaar maar aan te kijken, en je weet wat een collega bedoelt. En wat is er mooier voor onze bewoners, dan warm opgevangen te worden? Je moet op de één of andere manier mensen kunnen aanvoelen. Als mijn dienst er op zit, en ik heb allemaal tevreden gezichten gezien: dat vind ik het mooist. " Tina Bos - Verzorgende IG Wat ga je doen? Je werk als Verzorgende IG is nooit hetzelfde, maar als flexibele Verzorgende IG in De Bolder al helemáál niet. Omdat je op elke groep of afdeling kan werken en iedere dienst andere gezichten kent. De enige constante, is dat bewoners achteruit gaan. Jij gaat met ze mee in hun dementie. Dat betekent dat je je continu aanpast aan individuele behoeftes én de groepsdynamiek. Van de verpleegtechnische handelingen die je verricht, tot het muziekje dat je opzet tijdens de koffie met bewoners. Enthousiasme, gezelligheid en geduld: omdat je belevingsgericht werkt, weet je wat er op welk moment nodig is. De Bolder is met zo'n 150 bewoners een kleurrijk en gezellig huis, met een café, schoonheidssalon, Snoezelkamer en nog veel meer. Van alle markten thuis dus. Net als jij.
