Als Verzorgende IG bied je dagelijkse zorg en begeleiding aan bewoners. Je ondersteunt bij de persoonlijke verzorging (ADL), dient medicatie toe en voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit. Met jouw aandacht en deskundigheid zorg je ervoor dat bewoners zich veilig, prettig en goed verzorgd voelen.

Je signaleert veranderingen in de gezondheid of het gedrag van bewoners en legt deze zorgvuldig vast in het elektronisch cliëntendossier. Je bespreekt bijzonderheden met collega's, zodat het team snel kan inspelen op veranderingen en de zorg goed blijft aansluiten bij de behoeften van bewoners.

Je werkt samen met collega's uit verschillende disciplines en hebt regelmatig contact met familieleden en andere betrokkenen. Dankzij jouw betrokken en professionele houding ben je een vertrouwd aanspreekpunt voor bewoners en hun naasten.

Je werkt in wisselende diensten, waaronder ochtend-, avond-, nacht- en weekenddiensten. Via Bouw-Zorg Groep ga je in loondienst aan de slag bij een zorgorganisatie. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat bewoners dag en nacht kunnen rekenen op goede en persoonlijke zorg.
