Verzorgende IG Verzorging Leerdam 16 - 24 uur 31-08-2026 Goede zorg begint voor jou bij echte aandacht. Jij kijkt verder dan de zorgvraag en ziet vooral de persoon achter de bewoner. Je hebt oog voor kleine signalen, persoonlijke wensen en wat iemand nodig heeft om zich prettig te voelen. Precies dat maakt jouw werk zo mooi: geen dag is hetzelfde en juist in de kleine momenten maak jij het verschil. Wat ga je doen? Je ondersteunt bewoners bij hun dagelijkse ADL-activiteiten en persoonlijke verzorging, waarbij je altijd kijkt naar wat iemand zelf nog kan en waar extra hulp nodig is. Soms bied je net dat beetje extra begeleiding om rust, structuur of vertrouwen te geven. Daarnaast: - werk je zelfstandig en neem je verantwoordelijkheid in je dagelijkse zorgverlening; - denk je actief mee over de zorgplannen van bewoners; - signaleer je knelpunten en zoek je direct naar passende oplossingen; - regel je waar nodig extra zorg of ondersteuning om de best mogelijke zorg te bieden. Waar ga je werken? Lingesteyn ligt aan de rand van Leerdam en is één van onze grotere locaties, goed bereikbaar en volop in beweging. Binnen deze kleinschalige woonomgeving vinden bewoners een nieuw thuis wanneer zelfstandig wonen niet meer mogelijk is. Jij gaat aan de slag op Hornstaete, waar 64 bewoners wonen, verdeeld over 8 woongroepen. Iedere woongroep heeft een eigen team, waardoor je echt een band opbouwt met bewoners je jouw collega's. De zorg wordt volledig afgestemd op de bewoner, zodat ondersteuning naadloos aansluit op iemands leven, wensen en ritme. Op Hornstaete hangt een open en respectvolle sfeer. Je werkt in een hecht team waarin samenwerking vanzelfsprekend is en waar iedereen hetzelfde doel heeft: mensgerichte, warme zorg bieden.
