Binnen onze Zorgcentra beschikken we over diverse opties: - 11 (nieuwbouw)locaties: Beek, Sittard-Geleen, Born, Echt-Susteren - specialisaties: verzorgingshuis- of verpleeghuiszorg, psychogeriatrie (PG en PG-plus), somatiek, Parkinson, eerstelijnsverblijf (ELV), hospicezorg - woonvormen: grootschalige afdelingen, kleinschalig wonen (KSW), zorgappartementen, extramurale zorg, seniorendagcentrum Jouw nieuwe baan Als gediplomeerd Verzorgende IG (mbo-3) coördineer je de zorg rondom je cliënten met het zorgleefplan als leidraad. Individuele wensen en eigen regie van de cliënt staan hierbij centraal. Naast de dagelijkse verzorgende taken voer je ook verpleegtechnische handelingen uit schakel je met mantelzorgers en andere zorgprofessionals. - Contract voor onbepaalde tijd, contracturen en voorkeuren (vb. vaste vrije dag) bespreekbaar - Inschaling als Verzorgende IG in FWG 35 CAO Ziekenhuizen ( 2.630- 3.724 bruto per maand op basis van 36 uur per week), als Contactverzorgende in FWG 40 ( 2.750- 3.959 bruto per maand). - Verlofuren (144 + 57 PLB-uren op jaarbasis bij 36 uur), reiskostenvergoeding, vakantiegeld (8,33%), eindejaarsuitkering (8,33%) en pensioen (bij PFZW) - Korting op collectieve zorgverzekering en sportabonnement, leuke teamuitjes, interessante workshops en nog veel meer voordelen Hoe kan ik me verder ontwikkelen als Verzorgende IG? - Taakvolwassenheid verder opbouwen en kennis overdragen naar collega's, vb. begeleiding van leerlingen (Senior Werkbegeleider) - Verdieping binnen je eigen functie of het vervullen van een uitdagende rol binnen je team, vb. palliatieve zorg, Gespecialiseerd Verzorgende Gerontopsychogeriatrie (GVGP), Ergocoach of Hygiëne-en kwaliteitsmedewerker (HKM) - Dooront...
