Binnen deze vacature zijn de uren bespreekbaar tussen de 16 en 32 uur per week. Kom jij bij ons binnen?*** Waterwel 16 - 32 Aagtekerke Einddatum: 21/10/2026 **Waar kom je binnen?*** Op de locatie Waterwel zijn 2 woningen voor cliënten met dementie. Per woning wonen er 6 of 7 cliënten met dementie. Eén van de woningen biedt plaats aan cliënten met een reformatorische identiteit. Alle cliënten hebben een eigen kamer die ze naar wens kunnen inrichten. Daarnaast beschikken de woningen over een huiskamer. Je komt te werken in een gemêleerd team van ca. 20 collega's. Ook wordt er dankbaar gebruik gemaakt van de onmisbare zorg van familie, mantelzorgers en vrijwilligers. Zij ondersteunen bij allerlei activiteiten zoals koken, de was doen, ondersteuning bij de maaltijd, welzijnsactiviteiten, enz. **Wat ga je doen?*** - Werken op een belevingsgerichte manier - Respecteren van de identiteit op de woning - Zorgen voor een huiselijke sfeer Je kunt voor alle diensten worden ingezet, waarbij de dagdienst om 7.30 uur begint, de avonddienst om 15.00 uur en de nachtdienst om 22.30 uur.
