Begeleid, verzorg en verpleeg cliënten met een ernstige psychiatrische aandoening tijdens de nacht. Jij weet als geen ander hoe je jouw aandacht moet aanpassen aan de persoonlijke wensen van de cliënten. Zowel cliënten als het team voelen zich thuis bij jou. We zijn op zoek naar een collega die het leuk vindt om in de nachtdienst te werken als woonbegeleider. Je gaat als woonbegeleider aan de slag bij beschermd wonen Noordwijkerhout. Je krijgt een contract voor alle diensten maar je zult voornamelijk in de nachtdienst worden ingezet. De werkzaamheden van een nachtdienst richten zich op verzorgende, begeleidende en/of verpleegtechnische handelingen gedurende de nacht. De uitgangspunten zijn dat je de cliënt helpt om zelf zo lang mogelijk regie te houden en te faciliteren voor een goede nachtrust. En verder? - Je levert een actieve bijdrage aan ontwikkelingen binnen de zorg; - Je onderhoudt contacten met alle betrokkenen rondom de cliënt die deel uitmaken van zijn of haar systeem; Wie ben jij? Om de functie van woonbegeleider / verzorgende IG voor de nacht goed uit te kunnen voeren ben je flexibel en clientgericht. Verder vinden wij onderstaande bij jou terug; Verder beschik je over: - Je hebt een mbo diploma zoals verpleegkunde, verzorgende IG of maatschappelijke zorg; - Je hebt een rijbewijs B (eigen auto is geen vereiste); - Je bent bereid tot bijscholing voor verpleegtechnische handelingen als je dat nog niet beheerst; - Je kunt onder moeilijke omstandigheden een zorgrelatie aan kunnen gaan; - Je kunt relativeren, je bent stressbestendig en kunt zelfstandig werken; - Je kunt meegroeien...
