Heb je zin om te komen werken als Verzorgende IG in de wijk? Met de wind door je haren op de fiets of racen in onze elektrische auto's om de beste zorg te leveren bij de cliënt thuis. Dankzij jou kunnen zij thuis blijven wonen! In de wijk, dat is waar het gebeurt!

Verzorgende 3IG: FWG 35 conform cao VVT - maximaal € 3.592,96 bruto per maand o.b.v. 36 uur.

Wat ga je doen? Je verricht de benodigde wijkzorg (thuiszorg) en verpleegtechnische handelingen bij cliënten neemt de begeleiding van de cliënt op je.

Je coördineert en evalueert de zorg. Met je collega’s uit het wijkteam zorg je er voor dat cliënten kunnen leven zoals zij willen. Dit doe je door samen met cliënten en hun naasten op zoek te gaan naar oplossingen die het welzijn en de zelfredzaamheid van de cliënt bevorderen. Je weet wat er speelt en signaleert veranderingen Dit maakt je werk leuk en uitdagend!

Prima salaris, eindejaarsuitkering, fijne werk-privé balans en meer.

Bruto maandsalaris FWG afhankelijk van functie en opleiding conform cao VVT Inschaling is afhankelijk van kennis, ervaring en diploma;

- Verzorgende 3IG FWG 35 conform cao VVT - maximaal € 3.592,96 bruto per maand o.b.v. 36 uur.

- Eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%;

- Vakantie-uitkering van 8%;

- Reiskostenvergoeding;
