Wat breng je mee - In het bezit van een Verzorgende IG of Verpleegkundige niveau 4 of 5 diploma; - 2 jaar relevante werkervaring na het behalen van een zorg gerelateerd diploma; - Een de-escalerende visie en stevig in je schoenen staan; - Flexibiliteit en het vermogen om in te spelen op veranderende situaties; - Empathie en het vermogen om je in te leven in de behoeften van de cliënt; - Bereidheid om bij te dragen aan een prettig woon-werkklimaat en de sfeer in de woningen te bevorderen; Een greep uit jouw werkzaamheden: - Bieden van individuele begeleiding aan cliënten met diverse zorgvragen; - Dagelijkse de-escalatie van situaties waarbij agressie kan voorkomen; - Zorg dragen voor een stabiele en veilige omgeving waarin cliënten zich kunnen ontwikkelen; - Aansluiten bij de belevingswereld van de cliënt en inspelen op hun behoeften en voorkeuren; - (Lichte) ondersteuning bij Algemene Dagelijkse Levensbehoefte (ADL).
