Afdeling Singravenlaan heeft ruimte voor een verzorgende IG. We zoeken een collega die niet alleen vakbekwaam is, maar ook bijdraagt aan een positieve en professionele teamsfeer. Met enthousiasme en proactieve mentaliteit werk je samen en pak je waar nodig ook door. Het betreft een hoog complexe zorgafdeling met voornamelijk somatische cliënten, waaronder enkele met invasieve of non-invasieve beademing. Wat ga jij doen? Zorg verlenen en regelen Jij hebt een belangrijke rol als de vakkundige zorgverlener, het aanspreekpunt voor de cliënten en hun naasten. De interactie die jij hebt met de cliënten is cruciaal voor hun welbevinden en zorgt voor een prettige sfeer en samenwerking. Samen met je collega's werk je volgens het zorgplan en vastgestelde afspraken. Met je team regel je de zorg en signaleer je veranderingen. Daarbij staat de kwaliteit van leven van de cliënten altijd voorop. Je werkt met cliënten met chronische longaandoeningen, neuromusculaire aandoeningen en complexe (psycho)somatische zorgvragen. Een deel van de cliënten is afhankelijk van beademingsondersteuning en hebben langdurige zorg en begeleiding nodig. Ontwikkelen en opleiden Na een zorgvuldige inwerkperiode start je met de specialistische beademingszorg opleiding van ongeveer 3 maanden. Deze opleiding bestaat uit een externe scholing, online trainingen, een interne training op locatie en praktijk/werkplekleren. Na afloop van de opleiding word je afgetoetst door een gedelegeerd toetser op de afdeling. Vertrouwen en veiligheid Binnen de afdeling spelen complexe situaties dagelijkse een rol. Rust bewaren en oog hebben voor zowel de cliënt als elkaar als collega's zijn van belang. Een gezamenlijk vermogen om vertrouwen en veiligheid te waarborgen zijn waardevolle ker...
