Kom werken als verzorgende IG bij woonzorgcentrum Rehoboth! - Op oproepbasis - Salaris tussen € 2.735 en € 3.592 per maand bij een fulltime dienstverband - Mbo-diploma verzorgende IG vereist Wat ga je doen? Geen dag is hetzelfde in woonzorgcentrum Rehoboth. Je hebt te maken met veel verschillende ziektebeelden en dan maakt het werk extra uitdagend. Er zijn taken die elke dag terugkomen. Denk hierbij aan de dagelijkse zorg, het medicatie delen, maar ook het observeren van de bewoners en het daarnaar handelen. Elke week komt er een arts langs om samen te overleggen over bewoners die extra zorg nodig hebben. Een van de aandachtspunten elke dag zijn de één op één gesprekken met de bewoners. Ze hebben behoefte aan een luisterend oor en zo kun je er echt voor hen zijn! Je signaleert veranderingen in de geestelijke en/of lichamelijke toestand van de bewoners. Als het nodig is, neem je contact op met een arts of de naasten. Je doet dit werk niet alleen. Samen met je collega's overleg je regelmatig en zorg je voor kwalitatieve en liefdevolle zorg voor de bewoners op jullie afdeling. Als oproepkracht verzorgende IG ben je flexibel inzetbaar op verschillende afdelingen. Je geeft jouw beschikbaarheid aan, waarbij we rekenen op een flexibele inzet wanneer ondersteuning nodig is. De verschillende afdelingen zorgen daarbij voor veel afwisseling en uitdaging in je werk. Wat vragen wij van jou?
