- Ik ben op zoek naar Verzorgende IG - Herstel en Revalidatie Ben jij Verzorgende IG en zoek je een uitdagende functie binnen de revalidatiezorg? Op afdeling Lentehof begeleid je cliënten tijdens hun herstelproces en werk je samen in een multidisciplinair team aan het vergroten van zelfstandigheid en eigen regie. Geen dag is hetzelfde en juist dat maakt jouw werk afwisselend en leerzaam. Regio: Capelle aan den IJssel Type zorg: Geriatrische revalidatiezorg (GRZ) Locatie: Rijckehove - Lentehof Wat ga je doen? - Je ondersteunt cliënten tijdens hun revalidatieproces - Je verleent persoonlijke verzorging en voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit - Je signaleert veranderingen in gezondheid en welzijn en handelt hierop - Je werkt samen met behandelaren, collega's en naasten - Je stimuleert cliënten om zo zelfstandig mogelijk te herstellen - Je draagt actief bij aan een positief revalidatieklimaat Over het team en de locatie Je werkt op afdeling Lentehof binnen woonzorglocatie Rijckehove in Capelle aan den IJssel. De afdeling biedt geriatrische revalidatiezorg aan cliënten met uiteenlopende zorgvragen, zoals orthopedische revalidatie en COPD-revalidatie. Het team bestaat uit betrokken verzorgenden, verpleegkundigen en behandelaren die intensief samenwerken aan herstel, zelfstandigheid en kwaliteit van leven van cliënten.
