The posting

Geen nachtdiensten, écht tijd voor bewoners en een duidelijk groeipad. Als Verzorgende IG bij Woonzorgcentrum Flora in Almere draait zorg om meer dan wassen, aankleden en medicatie geven. Van de ochtendzorg tot dat ene fijne gesprek: jij maakt het verschil door persoonlijke aandacht met vakkennis te combineren. Op deze manier bouw je een band op met de bewoners en maak je echt impact op hun leven.

Ambities om verder te leren? Wij vergoeden je opleiding. Bovendien krijg je ORT, vakantiegeld en een eindejaarsuitkering. Zoek jij een fijne werkplek waar bewoners én medewerkers centraal staan? Dan ben je bij Flora op de juiste plek!

Als Verzorgende IG ondersteun je bewoners bij hun dagelijkse zorg en help je hen zoveel mogelijk het leven te leiden zoals zij dat gewend zijn. Je helpt bij het opstaan, wassen, aankleden, eten en drinken. Je rol gaat verder dan alleen de zorg. Je neemt tijd voor een praatje, een spelletje of een ander moment van aandacht.

Je voert ook verpleegtechnische handelingen uit, zoals wondzorg, zwachtelen en het toedienen van medicatie. Je let goed op veranderingen in de gezondheid en het welzijn van bewoners en bespreekt bijzonderheden met collega's of de arts.

Jij kunt bewoners aandragen voor het artsenbezoek en sluit aan om te bespreken wat er speelt en welke zorg nodig is. Ook neem je deel aan multidisciplinaire overleggen met de arts, psycholoog en andere behandelaren. Familie of contactpersoon kan hier ook bij aansluiten.

Daarnaast ga jij:

• Verpleegtechnische handelingen uitvoeren binnen jouw bevoegd- en bekwaamheid. • Veranderingen in de gezondheid of het gedrag van bewoners signaleren en hierop handelen. • Rapporteren en bijdragen aan het zorgleefplan.

Functie-eisen: Ervaring in de ouderenzorg of dementiezorg is niet nodig. Met je diploma en de juiste motivatie kun je bij Flora aan de slag. We vinden het vooral belangrijk dat je aandacht hebt voor de persoon achter de bewoner en verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor de zorg die je verle
