Dan is dit misschien precies de baan die je zoekt. Bij De Viking in Wijk bij Duurstede bieden we de mogelijkheid om als verzorgende IG van 9.00 tot 14.00 uur onder schooltijden te werken, zodat je werk en privé beter kunt combineren. Werk om trots op te zijn De Viking is een compleet nieuwe woonlocatie. Samen met je nieuwe collega's bouw je vanaf de start aan een plek waar bewoners zich prettig en thuis voelen. Als verzorgende IG krijg je daarbij de ruimte om echt met je vak bezig te zijn. Je voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit, houdt de kwaliteit van zorg in de gaten en krijgt ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen binnen een aandachtsgebied dat bij jou past. Tegelijkertijd kijk je naar de persoon achter de zorgvraag. Wat is iemand gewend, wat vindt iemand belangrijk en hoe zag het dagelijks leven er thuis uit? Is iemand bijvoorbeeld gewend om 's avonds te douchen, of wil iemand 's ochtends nog lekker met de badjas aan een krantje lezen tot 9.30? Dan is dat prima. Zo gaat het thuis ook en daar houden we rekening mee. Juist die persoonlijke gewoonten maken de zorg passend bij de persoon en vergroten het welbevinden. En juist dát maakt jouw start bij De Viking bijzonder. De locatie moet nog geopend worden, waardoor je vanaf het begin betrokken bent bij de overgang van thuis naar wonen bij De Viking. Je leert bewoners en hun naasten kennen al voor ze verhuizen en denkt mee over hoe hun dagelijks leven hier vorm krijgt. Vanaf het begin bouw je mee aan goede zorg, waarin zorg en welzijn vanzelfsprekend samenkomen.
