Ben jij een ervaren Verzorgende IG die graag werkt in een warme, dorpse omgeving waar persoonlijke aandacht centraal staat? Zoek je een functie waarin je écht de tijd hebt voor bewoners en waar flexibiliteit, betrokkenheid en kwaliteit van zorg belangrijk zijn? Dan is deze vacature iets voor jou. Voor een kleinschalige ouderenzorgorganisatie zijn wij op zoek naar een Verzorgende IG die inzetbaar is op één of meerdere teams en openstaat voor het werken op verschillende locaties. Het aantal uren en de inzet van diensten zijn in overleg bespreekbaar. Wat ga je doen? Als Verzorgende IG bied je persoonsgerichte zorg aan ouderen met uiteenlopende zorgvragen. Je ondersteunt bewoners bij de dagelijkse verzorging, voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit en signaleert veranderingen in de gezondheidssituatie. Je bouwt een vertrouwensband op met bewoners en hun naasten en draagt actief bij aan hun welzijn. Samen met collega's zorg je voor een veilige, prettige en huiselijke leefomgeving waarin bewoners zoveel mogelijk de regie over hun eigen leven behouden. Binnen ieder team is een eigen huiskamer aanwezig waar bewoners elkaar kunnen ontmoeten, deelnemen aan activiteiten en genieten van een gezellige, huiselijke sfeer. Over de organisatie Je gaat werken bij een betrokken en kleinschalige ouderenzorgorganisatie waar welzijn, persoonlijke aandacht en kwaliteit van zorg centraal staan. De organisatie kenmerkt zich door korte lijnen, een informele werksfeer en een sterke verbinding met de lokale gemeenschap. Arbeidsvoorwaarden Verzorgende IG Flexdiensten: - Contract voor 8 tot 28 uur per week; - Een salaris conform CAO (VVT). FWG 35 van minimaal € 2.735,91 en maximaal € 3.592,96 op basis van 36 uur.
