Heb je altijd al in de terminale nachtzorg willen werken en mensen willen begeleiden in hun laatste levensfase? Kom dan werken als Verzorgende IG in de nachtzorg bij Santé Partners in de hospices. Wat ga je doen? Als Verzorgende IG in de hospices verzorg je de terminale zorg waarbij nabijheid en aandacht voor de cliënt en naasten belangrijk is. Je werkt zelfstandig en je kan beslissingen nemen. Tegelijkertijd sta je er ook nooit alleen voor, onze achterwacht is altijd bereikbaar voor advies of hulp ter plaatse. Concreet ben je verantwoordelijk voor: - Het uitvoeren van verpleegkundige handelingen en medische zorg. - Het monitoren van de vitale functies en het signaleren van veranderingen. - Het bieden van emotionele en psychosociale ondersteuning aan zowel familie als naasten. - Een gedetailleerde en accurate rapportage voor een naadloze overdracht.
