In deze vacature Verzorgende IG krijg je de ruimte om jouw kennis en ervaring in te zetten om de kwaliteit van zorg te verbeteren. Je werkt met bewoners met uiteenlopende zorgvragen en krijgt volop mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Je ontvangt een salaris conform FWG 40 van de cao VVT, inclusief 8% vakantiegeld en een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%. Wat ga je doen? Als Verzorgende IG in de ouderenzorg bied je niet alleen dagelijkse zorg, maar denk je ook actief mee over de kwaliteit en organisatie daarvan. Je houdt overzicht, coördineert waar nodig en kijkt of de zorgbehoeften en indicaties van bewoners nog passend zijn. Wanneer de zorgvraag verandert, stem je dit af met collega's, behandelaren en mantelzorgers. Daarnaast ben je een belangrijke vraagbaak voor je collega's. Je deelt jouw kennis en ervaring, ondersteunt het team en draagt bij aan een prettige samenwerking. Je werkt op een locatie waar bewoners uiteenlopende zorgvragen hebben, bijvoorbeeld op het gebied van dementie, somatiek, niet-aangeboren hersenletsel (NAH) en Korsakov. Over de organisatie: Je gaat aan de slag op een van de moderne en gezellige locaties, waar bewoners met uiteenlopende zorgvragen wonen. Iedere locatie heeft een eigen karakter, sfeer en werkwijze. Je werkt samen met collega's uit de zorg, welzijn, behandeling en facilitaire dienstverlening. De organisatie combineert vernieuwing en innovatie met persoonlijke aandacht.
