We zoeken voor onze locatie Jeroen in Noordwijk een verzorgende IG (voor 16-32 uur per week) die met aandacht en toewijding zorgt voor onze bewoners. Jij bent hun steun en toeverlaat, en degene waar ze op vertrouwen. Samen zorgen we voor een fijne omgeving waarin elke bewoner én collega zich thuis voelt. Er zijn ook mogelijkheden voor de functie van eerst verantwoordelijke verzorgende (EVV) Hier zorg jij voor: Als verzorgende IG zorg jij ervoor dat onze bewoners niets tekortkomen. Je helpt ze bijvoorbeeld met medicatie geven en persoonlijke verzorging. Ook houd je de gezondheid van de bewoners goed in de gaten. Jij zorgt dus voor: - Goede communicatievaardigheden Je werkt veel samen met familie, mantelzorgers en andere zorg- en dienstverleners. Je begrijpt wat de wensen van een bewoners zijn en kunt in begrijpelijke taal communiceren - Daadkracht en inlevingsvermogen In je werk durf jij keuzes te maken die goed zijn voor je bewoner, ook als dat snel moet. Jij toont initiatief en kunt je goed inleven.
