Wolfheze 24-36 uur 2.888,- tot 3.917,- 31 oktober 2026 Jouw impact Als verzorgende in de nachtdienst ben jij samen met je collega verantwoordelijk voor het welzijn van cliënten tijdens de nacht. Je biedt nabijheid, voert verzorgende taken uit en ondersteunt bij het creëren van een rustige sfeer. Dit kan betekenen dat je een luisterend oor biedt, een kop warme melk inschenkt of een interventie uitvoert volgens het behandelplan. Soms is er sprake van een crisissituatie en werk je samen met de zorgbeveiliger en het avond-nacht-weekendhoofd om een veilige setting te creëren. Naast de directe begeleiding voer je terugkerende werkzaamheden uit die in de werkklapper staan en denk je mee over hoe we de nachtdienst zo prettig mogelijk kunnen inrichten. Je werkt nachtdiensten van 9 uur: van 22.45 uur tot 07.45 uur. Hier ga je aan de slag Je werkt als verzorgende op Duet , een afdeling voor volwassenen met complexe psychiatrische problematiek en meervoudige uitdagingen op sociaal, persoonlijk en maatschappelijk vlak. Structuur en veiligheid zijn voor onze cliënten essentieel. Jij draagt hieraan bij door nabij te zijn en aandacht te hebben voor de hele mens. De afdeling bestaat uit een gesloten unit met 35 bedden en 2 extra beveiligde kamers. Het doel van de behandeling is stabilisatie, revalidatie en het vergroten van zelfredzaamheid. Je werkt samen in een groot multidisciplinair team waarin samenwerking tussen begeleiding en behandeling centraal staat. Dit bieden wij jou Je krijgt een dienstverband van 24 tot 36 uur voor bepaalde tijd met de intentie om dit bij goed functioneren om te zetten naar een vaste aanstelling.
