In deze functie ben je een vertrouwd gezicht voor bewoners en speel je een belangrijke rol in hun dagelijks welzijn. Je combineert persoonlijke verzorging met verpleegtechnische handelingen en krijgt de ruimte om écht de tijd te nemen voor de mensen die je ondersteunt. Wat ga je doen Als Verzorgende IG ben jij de stabiele factor in de dag van bewoners. Je kent hun wensen, hun ritme, hun kleine signalen en hun verhalen. Je helpt hen met de zorg die nodig is, maar ook met de momenten die het leven waardevol maken. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit het: ✓ bieden van persoonlijke verzorging en begeleiding. ✓ specialistische handelingen verrichten. ✓ toedienen van medicatie. ✓ ondersteunen bij ADL-activiteiten, zoals wassen, aankleden, eten en mobiliteit. ✓ verstrekken van medicatie en uitvoeren van eenvoudige zorgtechnische handelingen binnen jouw bevoegdheid. ✓ observeren, signaleren en rapporteren in het elektronisch cliëntendossier. ✓ samenwerken met collega's en andere zorgprofessionals. Wie zoeken wij Jij hebt een warme, betrokken werkhouding en hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel. Verder heb je ook: ✓ een diploma Verzorgende IG (niveau 3). ✓ recente werkervaring in de ouderenzorg (PG, somatiek of revalidatie). ✓ een geldige VOG of bereidheid om deze aan te vragen.
