Je ziet de bewoners zoals ze zijn: uniek, waardevol en met hun eigen wensen en behoeften. Met jouw zorg en aandacht draag jij bij aan hun kwaliteit van leven. Je denkt in mogelijkheden, kijkt samen met je collega's naar wat wel kan en zorgt ervoor dat bewoners zich gehoord en gezien voelen. Wat ga je doen? - Je bent een vertrouwd gezicht voor de bewoners en helpt hen bij dagelijkse bezigheden. - Je ondersteunt en begeleidt bij (een deel van) de persoonlijke verzorging en zorgt voor een fijne, veilige sfeer. - Je stelt de zorgwensen en behoeften van de bewoner altijd centraal. - Je signaleert knelpunten en bespreekt ze met je collega's - samen zoek je naar oplossingen, zoals het regelen van extra ondersteuning. Waar ga je werken? Waerthove in het centrum van Sliedrecht is een van onze grote locaties waar kleinschalige, individuele zorg geboden wordt. Je gaat werken op afdeling de Giessen, hier wonen 40 bewoners waarvan 32 bewoners met Gerontopsychiatrie en 8 bewoners somatiek. Je komt specifiek te werken op de afdeling met de somatische bewoners met wellicht eens een uitstap naar de Gerontopsychiatrie. Wie ben jij? - Je beschikt over een diploma verzorgende IG op mbo3-niveau of hoger. - Je bent Hepatitis B gevaccineerd of bent hiertoe bereid. Bij ons kan je rekenen op: - Je ontvangt een salaris in schaal 35 (cao VVT) trede zij-instroomperiodiek € 2735,91 per maand op basis van 36 uur. De inschaling is afhankelijk van je opleiding en achtergrond. - Werk je al bij Rivas, dan behoud jij je huidige salaris (maximale functiegroep is FWG 35). - Je ontvangt vakantiegeld (8,33%) in mei en een eindejaarsuitkering (8%) in...
