The posting

- Bieden van persoonlijke verzorging op basis van het persoonlijke zorgplan van de cliënt;

- Medicatie verstrekken en de nodige verpleegtechnische handelingen verrichten;

- Een gezondheidsrisico kunnen signaleren en inschatten wat er verder nog nodig is aan ondersteuning of zorg;

- Meedenken over en inzetten van passende zorgtechnologie;

- Een afgeronde opleiding verzorgende niveau 3;

- Ervaring met het werken in de wijk is een pré. Maar heb je geen ervaring en ben je enthousiast en leergierig, dan nodigen we je ook van harte uit te solliciteren;

- In staat zijn om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en te dragen in jouw rol als verzorgende.

Hoe wij de zorg vormgeven: Vanuit verschillende wijkteams in Nijmegen bieden we verpleging en verzorging aan iedereen die deze ondersteuning nodig heeft om langer thuis te kunnen blijven wonen. TVN zorgt heeft ook een gespecialiseerd ALS team en een team gespecialiseerd in palliatieve zorg. Samen op een gepaste manier, respectvol, persoonlijk en deskundig zorg leveren waarbij de cliënt zoveel mogelijk regisseur over zijn leven blijft. Naast verpleging en verzorging in de wijk biedt TVN zorgt huishoudelijke hulp, begeleiding aan volwassenen en jeugd en is er een team (extramurale) kind verpleging. Dit doen we vanuit de principes van presentie en positieve gezondheid.
