Als vraagbaak, planner en pietje precies zorg jij dat werkgevers en werknemers zo goed mogelijk worden geholpen. En dat onze professionals hun werk efficiënt kunnen doen. Hoe ga je #meerbetekenen als verzuimcoördinator Als verzuimcoördinator (interne functietitel: gezondheidscoördinator ) ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor werkgevers, HR-medewerkers, leidinggevenden én werknemers. Je beantwoordt vragen over ons werkgeversportaal, legt afspraken zorgvuldig vast, bewaakt alle deadlines binnen de Wet Verbetering Poortwachter en ondersteunt werknemers met helder advies. Daarnaast beheer je de agenda's van het gezondheidsteam en verzorg je de complete correspondentie en archivering. In deze rol heb je bovendien regelmatig pittige en soms kritische gesprekken met werkgevers . Jij weet daarin professioneel te blijven, duidelijkheid te creëren en verwachtingen goed te managen. Juist in die momenten maak jij het verschil. En #meerbetekenen? Dat doe je door steeds opnieuw te zoeken naar de best passende oplossing, mogelijkheden te zien waar anderen die nog niet zien, en ervoor te zorgen dat klanten zo snel mogelijk bij de juiste specialist terechtkomen. Je werkt met name op kantoor, zeker tijdens je inwerkperiode, daarnaast zijn er ook mogelijkheden om af en toe thuis te werken. Waar je ook werkt, je doet het samen met je collega's.
