Zet jouw expertise in als verzuimcoach en bouw mee aan een gezonde organisatie waarin mensen duurzaam aan het werk blijven. Wat ga je doen Hoe zorg je ervoor dat verzuim goed wordt begeleid én dat leidinggevenden steeds beter in staat zijn om zelf regie te voeren? Als verzuimcoach (0,8 - 1 fte) adviseer en coach je leidinggevenden bij complexe verzuim- en re-integratievraagstukken. Je combineert kennis van wet- en regelgeving met een praktische blik en ziet niet alleen het dossier, maar ook wat er nodig is om verzuim te voorkomen en duurzame inzetbaarheid te versterken. Je bent een deskundige sparringpartner voor leidinggevenden en houdt regie op complexe verzuimvraagstukken. Je helpt hen om de juiste stappen te zetten, risico's tijdig te herkennen en medewerkers goed te begeleiden richting werkhervatting. Je: - adviseert en begeleidt leidinggevenden bij verzuim, re-integratie, preventie en duurzame inzetbaarheid; - voert regie op complexe, langdurige en frequent voorkomende verzuimdossiers; - bewaakt de verplichtingen en termijnen vanuit de Wet verbetering poortwachter; - coacht leidinggevenden in hun rol en bij gesprekken over verzuim en werkhervatting; - adviseert over passende interventies en vervolgstappen; - werkt samen met bedrijfsartsen, arbeidsdeskundigen, HR-adviseurs en arbodiensten; - signaleert juridische, organisatorische en financiële risico's rondom verzuim; - analyseert verzuimgegevens, trends en knelpunten en vertaalt deze naar concrete verbeteracties; - draagt bij aan projecten en verbeteringen op het gebied van preventie, vitaliteit en duurzame inzetbaarheid.
