Krijg je energie van complexe vraagstukken? Adviseer je graag leidinggevenden en MT's en weet je beweging te creëren? Dan komen we graag met je in contact. Philadelphia is een landelijke zorgorganisatie voor mensen met een verstandelijke beperking. We ondersteunen mensen bij het leiden van een zo gewoon en eigen mogelijk leven. We werken vanuit drie kernwaarden: liefde, lef en meesterschap! Bij Philadelphia werken bijna 8.000 medewerkers, verspreid over het hele land. Die omvang en diversiteit zorgen voor een breed en uitdagend speelveld op het gebied van verzuim en inzetbaarheid. Als het gaat om verzuim en inzetbaarheid staat er binnen Philadelphia een professionele basis. We werken met helder verzuimbeleid, handreikingen en protocollen en investeren actief in ondersteuning en vitaliteit van medewerkers. Philadelphia is daarnaast eigenrisicodrager voor de WGA en Ziektewet. Dat onze aanpak resultaat heeft, zien we terug in de Vernet Health Ranking: Philadelphia eindigde dit jaar voor de derde keer op rij en voor de zevende keer in totaal in de top 3. Waar kom je te werken? Je komt te werken binnen team Verzuim, onderdeel van het bredere HR-team van Philadelphia. Team Verzuim bestaat uit: - 2 WIA-specialisten; - 1 Ziektewet-ERD-specialist; - 1 administratief ondersteuner. Dinsdag is onze vaste teamdag. Dan zijn we als team op kantoor aanwezig. De overige dagen bepaal je grotendeels zelf waar je werkt. Dat kan thuis, op kantoor of op een van onze zorglocaties. We zoeken elkaar als team actief op om te sparren over casuïstiek, ontwikkelingen en lastige vraagstukken. Je hebt veel zelfstandigheid in je werk maar staat er nooit alleen voor.
