Aantal uren - 40 uur Vestigingsdirecteur Wat ga je doen? Van Mossel opent een spiksplinternieuwe MG vestiging in Tynaarlo. Om deze vestiging te kunnen openen, goed op de kaart te zetten en hier een groot succes van te kunnen maken hebben we natuurlijk wel een vestigingsdirecteur nodig! In deze rol ben jij het gezicht van de vestiging. Jij zorgt ervoor dat MG een begrip wordt in regio. Dit doe jij uiteraard door gebruik te maken van je netwerk, maar ook door een succesvol team samen te stellen. Jij weet iedereen in zijn kracht neer te zetten, waardoor de gestelde KPI's worden behaald. Jij bent zeker geen leidinggevende die aanstuurt vanaf het kantoor, maar je bent in de showroom te vinden en verkoopt uiteraard zelf ook nog mooie auto's aan klanten. Samen zorg jij er met jouw team voor dat de klanten een uitstekende service krijgen en zo de klantverwachting wordt overtroffen. Verder horen de volgende taken en verantwoordelijkheden bij de functie: - De dagelijkse aansturing van het team; - Eindverantwoordelijke voor het financiële resultaat van de vestiging; - Borgen dat de gestelde KPI's worden behaald en bijsturen waar nodig; - Het evalueren en verbeteren van processen. In de functie van vestigingsdirecteur rapporteer je aan de algemeen directeur. Profiel Vestigingsdirecteur Wie ben jij? In deze functie is het vanzelfsprekend dat je relevante ervaring hebt binnen de automotive. Het heeft onze voorkeur als je al werkzaam bent als vestigingsdirecteur, maar wanneer je op dit moment werkzaam bent als verkoopleider nodigen we je ook zeker uit om te solliciteren. Het is belangrijk dat jij een commerciële instelling hebt en het leuk vindt om een vestiging op de kaart te zetten. Je bent het gewend om te werken met KPI's en krijgt een kick van het overtreffen van de doelstellingen.
