Als Vestigingsdirecteur Bezorgservice Amsterdam vervul je een sleutelrol binnen Sligro. Vanuit één van onze grootste bezorgservicevestigingen stuur je een omvangrijke 24/7-operatie aan waarin logistiek, commercie en klantgerichtheid samenkomen. Dagelijks vertrouwen duizenden klanten op de dienstverlening van jouw vestiging. Jij zorgt ervoor dat prestaties, kwaliteit en service op het hoogste niveau blijven. Samen met het managementteam geef je richting aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de vestiging. De vestigingsdirecteur rapporteert aan de manager die verantwoordelijk is voor alle Bezorgservices in Nederland. Je werkt aan groei, innovatie en een toekomstbestendige organisatie. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met o.a. Heineken en andere belangrijke partners zoals uitzendbureaus om klanten optimaal te bedienen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de vestiging vandaag uitblinkt in prestaties en tegelijkertijd klaar is voor de logistieke uitdagingen van morgen. Wat zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden? Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van belangrijke operationele doelstellingen binnen de vestiging. Daarbij stuur je op een aantal belangrijke logistieke doelstellingen zoals loonkosten en transportkosten.
