Als Vestigingsleider zorg jij dat alles goed verloopt en maak je, samen met jouw team, de vestiging tot een succes. Functieomschrijving De Vestigingsleider geeft leiding aan een team in verkoop (balie en telefoon) en magazijn. Je weet wat er speelt op de vestiging en springt bij waar nodig. Dankzij jouw aansturing functioneren de vestiging en het magazijn optimaal. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor omzet, marge en klantrelaties en zorgt dat doelen worden gehaald. Hierover rapporteer je aan je regiomanager. Je motiveert collega's en coacht hen op een persoonlijke manier. Daarbij zorg je voor werkplezier en maak je je team elke dag een stap beter. Jouw vestiging heeft een sterke commerciële uitstraling door een goede presentatie van de acties, een commercieel voorraadniveau, hoge goederenbeschikbaarheid en optimale schap verzorging. Je hebt goed zicht op je regionale klanten en herkent kansen voor extra omzet. Belangrijkste werkzaamheden als Vestigingsleider: - Aansturen, motiveren en coachen van een team van circa 6-10 medewerkers - Streeft naar resultaat voor jouw vestiging - Vrijheid om zelf te ondernemen "Als ik 's ochtends het terrein op rijd besef ik: dit is nu mijn verantwoordelijkheid. Ik vind het bijzonder om te zien hoeveel je kunt groeien binnen Isero en Polvo.
