In jouw rol als vestigingsmanager draag je de verantwoordelijkheid over het verkoopteam, maar ook over de showroom. Je zorgt ervoor dat de showroom up-to-date is met de nieuwste trends en de best verkochte artikelen in jouw winkel. Daarnaast werk je hard mee als verkoper om te zorgen dat de gewenste groei wordt behaald. Met jouw kennis aan sanitair, jouw kwaliteiten als verkoper én ervaring als manager weet jij je team zo aan te sturen en te coachen dat zij de beste verkoopresultaten behalen.
