Je geeft leiding aan een ervaren team van zeven verkoopadviseurs en bent tegelijkertijd een meewerkend voorman die zelf zichtbaar is op de vloer en bij klanten. Wat ga je doen? Als Verkoopleider ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het succes van jouw eigen vestiging. Je combineert commercieel leiderschap met persoonlijke aandacht voor je team. Je weet mensen op een positieve manier mee te krijgen, geeft vertrouwen en spreekt aan waar nodig. Je bent niet iemand die alleen vanaf de zijlijn aanstuurt: je staat zelf tussen het team, bent betrokken bij klanten en denkt actief mee over commerciële kansen. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Het dagelijks aansturen en coachen van een team van zeven verkoopadviseurs; - Zorgen voor een optimale klantbeleving en een commercieel sterke showroom; - Zelf klanten adviseren, zowel in de showroom als bij klanten thuis; - Offertes opstellen, opvolgen en zorgen voor het behalen van commerciële doelstellingen; - Het team motiveren, ontwikkelen en op een mensgerichte manier naar een hoger niveau brengen; - Meedenken over nieuwe commerciële kansen, processen en manieren om de vestiging verder te laten groeien; - Samenwerken met andere verkoopleiders, projectleiding en montage.
