Als vestigingsmanager bij Sanders Wonen help jij de klanten bij het vinden van hun droominterieur. Dankzij jouw inzet voelt de klant zich gezien en geholpen. Sanders Wonen is onderdeel van De Mandemakers Groep en staat voor thuiskomen. Jij als vestigingsmanager staat op de winkelvloer en draait zelf mee door verkoopgesprekken te voeren. En je zorgt dat klanten een medewerker van het team te spreken krijgen die hen het beste verder kan helpen. Doordat jij jouw kennis deelt met het team, maak je het team iedere dag een beetje beter. - Jij zorgt ervoor dat klanten zich gezien en geholpen voelen en helpt hen aan hun droominterieur, zodat zij blij de winkel verlaten - Jij maakt commerciële planningen voor het team en bent hun motivator en inspirator, zodat jouw team zich positief ontwikkelt en het beste uit zichzelf haalt - Jij zorgt ervoor dat de commerciële doelen van de winkel worden behaald Bij Sanders Wonen hebben we passie voor interieur, kleur en stijl. En gaan we voor het hoogst haalbare resultaat. Daarnaast werk je in een fijn team van collega's, waar altijd ruimte is voor gezelligheid. Omdat jij als vestigingsmanager een belangrijke schakel bent in het aankoopproces van de klant, krijg jij van ons: - Een aantrekkelijk salaris tussen de € 3.100 en € 4.400 bruto per maand op basis van 37 uur, afhankelijk van jouw functieniveau en ervaring.
