Als vestigingsmanager (filiaalmanager, bedrijfsleider, store manager) geef jij leiding aan jouw vestiging alsof het je eigen onderneming is. Je motiveert je team, stuurt op resultaat en zorgt voor tevreden klanten. Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, ziet kansen en krijgt energie van de groei van mensen én van de vestiging.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden Je stuurt het team aan en motiveert collega's. Je maakt en bewaakt de dag- en weekplanning. Je werkt aan groei in verhuur, bezetting en omzet. Je adviseert klanten over de juiste opslagruimte. Je zorgt voor een uitstekende klantbeleving. Je analyseert resultaten en stuurt bij waar nodig. Je schakelt regelmatig met de regiomanager. Je bewaakt de netheid, uitstraling en veiligheid. Je stelt contracten op en verzorgt de administratie. Je verkoopt aanvullende producten en diensten. Je volgt leads op en onderhoudt klantcontact.
