Vanuit 14 vestigingen in Nederland helpen we dagelijks werkgevers en werkzoekenden. In Zoetermeer werk je samen met twee collega's in een klein en betrokken team. Je werkt samen met stafafdelingen van het hoofdkantoor en rapporteert aan de commercieel manager. Als vestigingsmanager van PDZ Uitzendbureau in Zoetermeer bouw je aan de groei van de vestiging en ben je verantwoordelijk voor omzet, marge en klantontwikkeling. Je speelt een belangrijke rol in het versterken van onze positie in de regio en krijgt tot €5.125 bruto salaris per maand, bonusregeling en een auto van de zaak. Over de functie Als vestigingsmanager bij PDZ Uitzendbureau ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de commerciële resultaten en de groei van onze vestiging in Zoetermeer. Je stuurt een team van twee intercedenten aan en zorgt ervoor dat jullie samen de doelstellingen realiseren. Daarbij houd je overzicht, stel je de juiste prioriteiten en weet je het beste uit je team te halen. Naast je rol als leidinggevende ben je actief in de markt. Je onderhoudt bestaande klantrelaties, bouwt key accounts verder uit en ziet kansen om nieuwe klanten aan PDZ te verbinden. Je krijgt daarbij veel ruimte om zelfstandig te ondernemen, initiatieven te nemen en de koers van de vestiging mede te bepalen.
