Ben jij een representatieve chauffeur met een sterk gevoel voor verantwoordelijkheid, discretie en service? Heb je oog voor detail, draag je graag een kostuum tijdens het werk en ben je flexibel inzetbaar, ook buiten de gebruikelijke kantooruren? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou!

Als VIP-buschauffeur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het veilig, comfortabel en stipt vervoeren van VIP’s, directieleden, zakenrelaties en andere bijzondere gasten. Je bent het visitekaartje van onze organisatie en begrijpt dat professionaliteit, discretie en een uitstekende service essentieel zijn.

Je zorgt ervoor dat elke rit vlekkeloos verloopt en dat onze passagiers zich op elk moment comfortabel en op hun gemak voelen.

Je staat in voor onderstaande zaken

  • Veilig, comfortabel en stipt vervoeren van VIP’s en andere belangrijke passagiers
  • Discreet en professioneel omgaan met passagiers, gesprekken en vertrouwelijke informatie
  • Uitvoeren van alle opdrachten in een verzorgd en professioneel kostuum
  • Flexibel inspelen op wisselende opdrachten, lastminutewijzigingen en onregelmatige werkuren
  • Beschikbaar zijn voor vroege vertrekken, late aankomsten, avond- en weekendritten en eventuele opdrachten op feestdagen
  • Voorbereiden en controleren van het voertuig vóór vertrek, met bijzondere aandacht voor netheid, comfort en representativiteit
  • Respectvol en klantgericht omgaan met passagiers, ongeacht hun achtergrond of functie
  • Correct opvolgen van de planning en onderhouden van een professionele communicatie met de dispatching of verantwoordelijke
  • Vertrouwelijk omgaan met informatie over reisroutes, agenda’s, locaties en de identiteit van passagiers

Discretie is een absolute prioriteit. Je begrijpt dat wat je tijdens je opdrachten ziet of hoort vertrouwelijk blijft.

Professionaliteit is de norm. Je voert je opdrachten steeds uit in een verzorgd kostuum, met aandacht voor houding, stiptheid en voorkomen.

Flexibiliteit is essentieel. VIP-vervoer vraagt soms om aangepaste planningen en onregelmatige werkuren. Je bent bereid je planning, binnen de gemaakte afspraken, aan te passen aan de noden van de opdracht.

Service zit in je natuur. Je denkt vooruit, handelt proactief en streeft ernaar om iedere passagier een aangename en zorgeloze reis te bezorgen.

  • Je bent in het bezit van een geldig rijbewijs D
  • Je bent in het bezit van een geldige medische keuring en code 95 op je rijbewijs
  • Je bent in het bezit van een bestuurderskaart
  • Je hebt een professionele, verzorgde en representatieve uitstraling
  • Je hebt een sterke verantwoordelijkheidszin en een uitstekende rijvaardigheid
  • Je hebt een hoge mate van discretie, integriteit en betrouwbaarheid
  • Je hebt een flexibele ingesteldheid en bereidheid om op onregelmatige tijdstippen te werken
  • Je hebt een klantgerichte houding en respectvolle communicatiestijl
  • Je hebt het vermogen om rustig en professioneel te blijven in onverwachte situaties
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het wegennet en het vermogen om routes efficiënt te plannen
  • Je kan je perfect uitdrukken in het Nederlands/Frans en bij voorkeur ook Engels
