Beschik je over goede communicatieve vaardigheden en wil je bezoekers en medewerkers zo optimaal mogelijk te woord te staan en verder te helpen? Dan ben jij de nieuwe collega die we zoeken.

Voor onze klant in Schaarbeek zijn we op zoek naar een voltijdse office assistant. Jouw taken zien er als volgt uit:

  • Verzorgen en opvolgen van het onthaal.
  • Uitvoeren van diverse administratieve en ondersteunende taken.
  • Verwerken en verdelen van inkomende post.
  • Invoeren, beheren en actualiseren van gegevens in databanken.
  • Onderhouden en bevorderen van interne en externe contacten.
  • Beheren van afspraken en agenda’s.
  • Verzorgen van interne en externe correspondentie, zowel in het Nederlands als in het Frans, inclusief e-mailcommunicatie.
  • Voorbereiden en opvolgen van aankooporders en controleren van ontvangen facturen.
  • Opstellen, verwerken en bijhouden van diverse rapporten en statistieken in het Nederlands en Frans.
  • Voorbereiden, organiseren en opvolgen van interne en externe vergaderingen, inclusief de nodige nazorg.
  • Deelnemen aan vergaderingen en instaan voor het opmaken en verspreiden van verslagen.
  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor facilitaire zaken op de verdieping en deze, waar nodig, melden en opvolgen bij de bevoegde contactpersonen (bv. koffieautomaat, sanitair en verlichting).
  • Opvolgen van de ondertekening van documenten.
  • Bieden van ondersteuning bij eerste hulp (EHBO) en opnemen van de rol van evacuatieverantwoordelijke.

Je werkt:

Maandag t.e.m. donderdag van 8u30 tot 17u15 met 45 min. pauze

Vrijdag van 8u30 tot 16u30 met 30 min. pauze

We zoeken een collega die over volgende eigenschappen beschikt:

  • Een mondelinge en schriftelijke beheersing hebben van Nederlands en Frans
  • Kennis hebben van (technisch) Engels
  • Blijk geven van discretie, initiatief en zelfstandigheid
  • EHBO-gecertificeerd
  • Blijk geven van een goed leervermogen om zich snel de bijzonderheden van de Aanbestedende Overheid eigen te maken
  • Goed georganiseerd zijn en nauwgezet werken
  • Blijk geven van efficiëntie en flexibiliteit bij het uitvoeren van de prestaties
  • Verzorgd en professioneel voorkomen
  • Klant- en resultaatgericht zijn
