The posting

Je bent voltijds bezig met het organiseren en begeleiden van vormingsprojecten voor werkbekwame personen met een verstandelijke beperking. Meestal in duo ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor een project. Het zijn algemeen vormende thema’s rond zelfstandiger worden, persoonsgerichte vorming en digitale vaardigheden.

Het zijn vooral meerdaagse initiatieven met overnachtingen die meestal doorgaan in het weekend. De projecten gaan door op verschillende locaties in Vlaanderen (vormingscentra en jeugdverblijven). Je staat telkens mee in voor de vervoersondersteuning van de deelnemers en haalt hen met een minibusje op aan een vooraf afgesproken opstapplaats.

Samen met de andere teamleden maak je de planning op, rekening houdend met de door onze deelnemers geformuleerde behoeften tijdens de evaluaties van de vormingsprojecten en de jaarlijkse inspraakdag.

Je staat mee in voor het uitwerken, organiseren en begeleiden van vormingsprojecten in het kader van het aanbod voor maatwerkbedrijven van het Vlaams Instituut Vorming.

· dat je een diploma hoger onderwijs hebt in een sociaal-pedagogische richting (sociaal-

cultureel werk is een pluspunt) of gelijkgesteld door ervaring.

· dat je gemotiveerd bent om te werken met volwassenen met een verstandelijke beperking.

· dat je gemotiveerd en bereid bent om te werken in projecten met overnachting en dit gedurende een tiental weekends (van vrijdagavond tot zondagavond) en/of meerdaagse projecten per jaar.

· dat je beschikt over een rijbewijs B en wil rijden met een minibusje (wagen ter beschikking voor werkopdrachten).

· dat je samen met het team de zorg voor de gehele werking op wil nemen.

· dat je constructief en dynamisch wil samenwerken in teamverband.
