Voor een opdrachtgever actief binnen de grond-, weg- en waterbouw zoeken wij een ervaren Voorman. In deze functie geef je dagelijks leiding aan uitvoerende werkzaamheden binnen diverse infraprojecten. Je werkt samen met een team van vakmensen aan een efficiënte uitvoering en bent de verbindende factor tussen de werkvloer en de uitvoerder. Jouw werkzaamheden Als voorman ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse organisatie en begeleiding van het werk op locatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat projecten veilig, volgens planning en met de gewenste kwaliteit worden uitgevoerd. Naast het coördineren werk je ook zelf actief mee aan de uitvoering. - Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het voorbereiden van werkzaamheden aan de hand van tekeningen, bestekken en uitvoeringsplannen. - Het uitzetten van werkzaamheden en het controleren van materieel, gereedschappen en hulpmiddelen. - Het uitvoeren van voorkomende werkzaamheden binnen het project, waaronder grond- en straatwerk. - Het aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van medewerkers en eventuele onderaannemers op de projectlocatie. - Het bewaken van de voortgang, kwaliteit en productiviteit van de werkzaamheden. - Het creëren en behouden van een veilige werkomgeving door toezicht te houden op veiligheidsregels en het uitvoeren van controles. - Het verzorgen van toolboxen, veiligheidsrondes en werkplekinspecties. - Het signaleren van knelpunten en het tijdig afstemmen hiervan met de uitvoerder. - Het registreren van relevante projectinformatie, zoals materiaalverbruik, afwijkingen, uitgevoerde controles en voortgangsgegevens. - Het controleren van de beschikbaarheid en staat van materialen en materieel en het melden van eventuele tekortkomingen.
