Als Voorman Productie ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt op de productievloer. Je zorgt dat het team weet wat er moet gebeuren, dat de productie volgens planning en kwaliteitseisen verloopt en dat er veilig en netjes wordt gewerkt. Wat ga je doen? Je staat midden in de productie en combineert leidinggeven met praktisch inzicht. Je begeleidt, instrueert en motiveert productiemedewerkers en houdt overzicht over de voortgang. Je signaleert knelpunten, denkt mee over verbeteringen en stemt waar nodig af met de manager operations, het bedrijfsbureau, engineering en de werkvoorbereider machinale. - Dagelijks aansturen, begeleiden en instrueren van medewerkers in de productie. - De voortgang van de productie bewaken en proactief terugkoppelen aan het bedrijfsbureau. - Ervoor zorgen dat producten volgens tekening, planning en kwaliteitsnorm worden vervaardigd. - Knelpunten, storingen, onderhoud en prioriteiten signaleren en afstemmen met de juiste collega's. - Verbeterideeën vanuit het team beoordelen en samen met werkvoorbereiding en/of engineering vertalen naar praktische oplossingen. - Toezien op het juiste gebruik van gereedschappen en op een veilige, opgeruimde en ordelijke werkvloer. - Meewerken aan de ontwikkeling en implementatie van nieuwe formules, mock-ups en productverbeteringen. - Zorgen dat afgesproken neventaken binnen de productie worden uitgevoerd.
