Je werkt volgens de CAO Bouw en Infra, wat betekent dat je recht hebt op 43 vakantiedagen per jaar. Dat is ruim de tijd om te genieten van je vrije tijd en op te laden voor nieuwe uitdagingen. Functieomschrijving Als Voorman Renovatie en Onderhoud ben jij het aanspreekpunt op de bouwplaats en zorg je ervoor dat projecten soepel verlopen. Je stuurt een team van vakmensen aan en zorgt dat iedereen weet wat er van hem of haar wordt verwacht. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse planning, de kwaliteit van het werk en de veiligheid op de bouwplaats. Daarnaast houd je contact met opdrachtgevers, bewoners en andere betrokkenen om ervoor te zorgen dat iedereen op de hoogte is van de voortgang. Je werkt aan projecten die er echt toe doen, zoals het renoveren van scholen waar kinderen elke dag naartoe gaan of het opknappen van sociale huurwoningen waar gezinnen wonen.
