Dan is dit de perfecte baan voor jou! Over het werk Als voorman/vrouw van de milieustraat in Naaldwijk ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse gang van zaken. Je zorgt ervoor dat de werkzaamheden veilig, netjes en soepel verlopen en dat zowel medewerkers als bezoekers weten wat er van hen wordt verwacht. Belangrijk is dat je de donderdag en zaterdag beschikbaar bent. Je stuurt medewerkers aan, begeleidt hen bij hun werkzaamheden en zorgt voor een goede samenwerking binnen het team. Daarnaast ontvang en begeleid je bezoekers, controleer je of afval op de juiste manier wordt aangeboden en geef je uitleg over het correct scheiden en verwerken van verschillende afvalstromen. Ook houd je je bezig met het herkennen en veilig omgaan met klein chemisch afval (KCA). Hierbij is het belangrijk dat je de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften en procedures nauwkeurig naleeft. Je ziet erop toe dat de milieustraat overzichtelijk en schoon blijft en dat iedereen veilig kan werken. Wanneer er praktische problemen ontstaan of bezoekers vragen hebben, zorg je voor een passende oplossing en geef je duidelijke informatie. Op deze manier draag je bij aan een veilige, klantvriendelijke en efficiënte werkomgeving op de milieustraat in Naaldwijk.
