Onze klant is een sterk groeiende kmo in de ruime regio Zonhoven. Als productiebedrijf ontwerpen en bouwen ze technische totaalprojecten op maat voor hun B2B-klanten. Ze hebben alles onder één dak: van het eerste ontwerp en hun eigen machinepark tot de montage bij de eindklant. Hier vind je de vlotte, no-nonsense sfeer van een kmo, gecombineerd met de uitdaging van grote (inter)nationale projecten.

In deze rol als Supply Chain Coördinator ben je de operationele spil die ervoor zorgt dat bestellingen, materialen, productiecapaciteit en transporten perfect op elkaar aansluiten. Je staat met je voeten op de vloer, dicht bij de productie, en je regelt de dagelijkse planning van a tot z. Je leert de technische producten door en door kennen en je bepaalt de prioriteiten voor een klein logistiek team. Jij zorgt er simpelweg voor dat de juiste materialen op het juiste moment klaarliggen, zodat elk project vlot en zonder fouten geproduceerd kan worden.

Functieomschrijving

  • Opstellen en dagelijks opvolgen van een haalbare productieplanning.
  • Beheren van de materiaalbehoefte en planningsdata via het ERP-systeem.
  • Continu afstemmen van de planning en capaciteit met de productie, projectmanagers en de Operations Manager.
  • Inplannen en organiseren van alle uitgaande transporten.
  • Je werkt graag met data, bent heel nauwkeurig en durft zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen.

Profiel

  • Beschikt over een stevige werkervaring binnen productieplanning, de logistieke keten of supply chain.
  • Ervaring binnen een technische productieomgeving is een sterke troef; je hebt sowieso technisch Inzicht om de producten vlot te snappen.
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen (zoals SAP) en Excel is een must.
  • Je hebt een sterk geografisch inzicht en denkt graag mee over slimme routeoptimalisatie.
