Voor onze schoonmaaklocaties in regio Echt zoeken wij een meewerkend voorwerker die overzicht houdt, collega's motiveert en zelf actief meewerkt op de werkvloer. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt op locatie en zorgt samen met het team voor een nette en frisse omgeving. Werk jij graag zelfstandig, houd je van afwisseling en krijg je energie van een goed draaiend team? Dan pas jij perfect bij deze functie. Wat ga je doen? Als meewerkend voorwerker werk je zelf mee in de schoonmaak en stuur je collega's aan op verschillende locaties in regio Echt. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de werkzaamheden goed verlopen en houdt contact met de leidinggevende wanneer nodig. Denk hierbij aan: - Aansturen en begeleiden van collega's; - Controleren van schoonmaakwerkzaamheden; - Zelf meewerken op locatie; - Signaleren van bijzonderheden of verbeterpunten; - Zorgen voor een nette planning en goede samenwerking. Vereisten Wat vragen wij? - Je hebt ervaring in de schoonmaak of als voorwerker; - Je kunt collega's motiveren en aansturen; - Je bent betrouwbaar en werkt zelfstandig; - Je spreekt Nederlands; - Rijbewijs B is een pré; - Je bent beschikbaar voor 32-38 uur per week; - Werkdagen van maandag t/m vrijdag tussen 06:00 en 19:00 uur.
