Kerschner Umweltservice und Logistik sucht zur Verstärkung des Teams 1 Vorarbeiter Bau & Instandhaltung (w/m/d)

Stellenbeschreibung

* verantwortungsvolle Durchführung von baulichen Maßnahmen, hauptsächlich durch unser internes Team

* Einsatzplanung, Führung und Koordination des Bau-Teams

* Mitverantwortung für die baulichen Agenden (Hoch- und Tiefbau) sämtlicher Standorte

* Operative Mitarbeit mit gleichzeitiger Bauaufsicht in allen Projektphasen (zB Hoch- und Tiefbauarbeiten, Maurer-Arbeiten, Kabelverlegung etc.)

* Instandhaltung der bestehenden Gewerke im Bereich Gebäude und Infrastruktur

* Ansprechpartner vor Ort für externe Firmen

* Koordination der Bauarbeiten vor Ort zwischen internem und externem Team

* Kontrolle von Eigen- und Fremdleistungen

Qualifikationen

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bauhaupt-, oder Baunebengewerbe (Hochbau)

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Baubranche und Teamleitung

* die Bereitschaft, auch selbst mit anzupacken

* B2 - Selbständige Deutschkenntnisse

* Führerschein B

* Problemlösungskompetenz, proaktives Handeln

* Durchsetzungsvermögen, Teamgeist und der Wille, gemeinsam Projekte voranzutreiben

* Organisationsgeschick und sehr gutes Kommunikationsverhalten

* hohe Belastbarkeit, termingenaues Arbeiten

* idealerweise handwerklicher "Allrounder"
