Wir sind ein familiengeführter, mittelständischer Baumeisterbetrieb im Bereich Hochbau mit Handschlagqualität.

Seit 70 Jahren realisieren wir Bauprojekte für Privatkunden, Unternehmen und öffentliche Auftraggeber.

Verlässlichkeit, Teamarbeit und saubere Arbeit stehen bei uns im Mittelpunkt.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir nun eine/n 1 Vorarbeiter_in Hochbau

Ihre Aufgaben

* Führung und Koordination eines 2-4-köpfigen Baustellenteams aus Facharbeitern und Bauhelfern

* Organisation, Überwachung und Steuerung der täglichen Baustellenabläufe sowie Führen der Stundenaufzeichnungen

* Sicherstellung der fachgerechten Ausführung von hauptsächlich Mauer- und Schalarbeiten

* Selbstständiges Arbeiten nach Anweisungen der Bauleitung / Polier sowie Einteilung und Anleitung der Mitarbeiter auf der Baustelle

* Kontrolle der Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Gesundheits- und Umweltvorschriften

* Material- und Gerätekoordination sowie Unterstützung bei der Baustellendokumentation

* Schnittstelle zwischen Baustellenteam, Bauleitung und Auftraggebern

* Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Ausführung der Bauarbeiten

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bauhaupt- oder Baunebengewerbe

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bauwesen, idealerweise in einer Vorarbeiterfunktion

* Erfahrung in der Führung und Motivation von Mitarbeitern

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

* Organisationstalent sowie ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein

* Teamfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Kommunikationsstärke

* Technisches Verständnis und praktische Baustellenerfahrung

* Führerschein der Klasse B, idealerweise mit eigener Mobilität

* Minibaggerkenntnisse von Vorteil
