Deine Aufgaben:

* Du arbeitest eng mit Polier und Bauleitung zusammen und gestaltest die Projektabwicklung aktiv mit

* Du stellst sicher, dass unsere Baustellen qualitativ, technisch und termingerecht umgesetzt werden

* Teilbereiche der Baustelle bereitest Du eigenverantwortlich vor und führst diese in Abstimmung mit Deinem Vorgesetzten selbstständig aus

* Die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben sowie die Arbeitssicherheit haben höchste Priorität für Dich

* Die optimale Einsatzplanung von Personal, Geräten und Material gehört ebenso zu Deinen Aufgaben

* Zudem unterstützt Du Dein Team fachlich und packst auch selbst auf der Baustelle mit an

Dein Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Baugewerbe (z. B. Lehre - idealerweise im Hoch- oder Tiefbau)

* Erste Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position ist von Vorteil

* Sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Führerschein der Klasse B ist zwingend erforderlich

* Eigenständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Organisationstalent und Teamfähigkeit
