Het bedrijf is een erkende concessiehouder in het premium segment en is samen met de andere vestigingen onderdeel van een groep binnen de automotive. Het bedrijf is in België qua verkoop en naverkoop één van de grootste.

Jobomschrijving

  • Je staat in voor het onderhoud en de herstelling van Mercedes-Benz vrachtwagens en vans.
  • Je voert diagnostische testen uit om technische storingen op te sporen.
  • Je herstelt en vervangt mechanische, elektrische en hydraulische onderdelen.
  • Je voert (periodieke) controles uit volgens de richtlijnen en wettelijke vereisten.
  • Je werkt aan motoren, transmissies, remsystemen, ophanging, stuurinrichting en koelinstallaties.
  • Je stelt elektronische storingsdiagnoses en behandelt eventuele software-updates.
  • Je voert kleine las-, montage- en constructiewerken uit indien nodig.
  • Je draagt zorg voor het ordelijk en veilig houden van de werkplaats volgens de Mercedes-Benz normen.
  • Je blijft op de hoogte van nieuwe technieken en volgt eventueel interne opleidingen.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Je beschikt over een technisch diploma automechanica, voertuigenmechanica, zware voertuigen, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur enkele jaren relevante ervaring als technieker/mecanicien van vrachtwagens of bedrijfswagens.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van voertuigmechanica, hydraulica, elektronica en diagnoseapparatuur.
  • Je kan zelfstandig diagnoses stellen en herstellingen uitvoeren.
  • Je bent in staat om zowel mechanische als elektrische storingen op te sporen en op te lossen.
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs B; rijbewijs C is een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, ordelijk en veilig volgens de kwaliteitsstandaarden van Mercedes-Benz.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands. Kennis van andere talen is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent flexibel, werkt graag in team, maar kan ook zelfstandig taken afhandelen.
