VvE-Beheerder in Alkmaar voor het technisch, financieel en administratief beheren van meerdere VvE's. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor besturen en bewoners, organiseert vergaderingen, bewaakt onderhoudsplanningen en budgetten en coördineert onderhouds- en herstelwerkzaamheden. Salaris €3500-€5000 bruto per maand, met 25 vakantiedagen, 8% vakantiegeld, pensioenregeling, opleidingen, doorgroeimogelijkheden en flexibele werktijden. - 32 tot 40 uren per week - tussen €3500 en €5000 per maand Ben jij een organisatietalent dat energie krijgt van klantcontact, plannen en het oplossen van uiteenlopende vraagstukken? In deze veelzijdige functie ben jij het vaste aanspreekpunt voor een eigen portefeuille en zorg je ervoor dat alles rondom het beheer soepel, professioneel en efficiënt verloopt. 1 Dit ga je doen Als VvE-Beheerder ben je het aanspreekpunt voor bewoners en besturen van verenigingen van eigenaren. Je zorgt voor het technisch, financieel en administratief beheer van meerdere VvE's. Jij houdt overzicht, schakelt snel en denkt actief mee over onderhoud en verbeteringen van het vastgoed. Je dag begint met het beantwoorden van e-mails en telefoontjes van bewoners. Daarna bespreek je met collega's de lopende projecten en plan je inspecties of vergaderingen. In de middag werk je aan de financiële administratie, onderhoudsplanningen en informeer je het bestuur over de voortgang.
