The posting

Als W‑monteur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden, repareren en optimaliseren van werktuigbouwkundige installaties en machines. Je zorgt ervoor dat het mechanische deel van het proces betrouwbaar blijft functioneren en grijpt snel in bij storingen.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Preventief en correctief onderhoud aan werktuigbouwkundige installaties.
  • Het oplossen van mechanische storingen aan machines en productielijnen.
  • Montage, demontage en revisie van onderdelen zoals pompen, lagers, aandrijvingen en transportinstallaties.
  • Uitvoeren van inspecties en signaleren van slijtage en verbetermogelijkheden.
  • Meewerken aan modificaties en technische verbeteringen.
  • Werken binnen sectoren zoals de (proces)industrie, food, chemie, recycling en papierindustrie.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig of in teamverband, afhankelijk van het project en de opdrachtgever.
  • Een MBO-diploma Werktuigbouwkunde of een vergelijkbare technische opleiding.
  • Ervaring als W‑monteur / Mechanisch Monteur binnen een industriële omgeving.
  • Kennis van mechanisch onderhoud en storingsanalyse.
  • In bezit van VCA of bereid deze te behalen.
  • Rijbewijs B en een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
  • Een praktische, nauwkeurige en oplossingsgerichte werkhouding.
