Um unserem Anspruch auf Qualität und Service langfristig gerecht zu werden, suchen wir ab sofort

für die AMAG rolling GmbH 1 WALZENFÜHRER (m/w/d) - 4-Schichtbetrieb am Standort Ranshofen.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben umfassen unter anderem:

Bedienen von modernsten Walzgerüsten mit hohem Automatisierungsgrad

Mitarbeit in einem hochspezialisierten Produktionsteam

Übernahme einer strategisch wichtigen Schlüsselfunktion mit umfassender Verantwortung für den Produktionsprozess

Steuerung und Überwachung qualitätskritischer Fertigungs- und Arbeitsabläufe

Eigenständige Durchführung von Rüst- und Vorbereitungsarbeiten

Optimierung im Zuge des kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozesses hinsichtlich Arbeitssicherheit,

Qualität und Anlageneffizienz

Sie verfügen über:

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, vorzugsweise in einem Metallberuf

Reaktionsschnelligkeit

Hohe Lernbereitschaft

Sehr gute IT Kenntnisse

Ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

Stapler- und Kranschein oder die Bereitschaft diese abzulegen

Solide Deutschkenntnisse

Das Jahresbruttogehalt (14 Monatsgehälter) für diese Position beträgt auf Basis einer

Vollzeitbeschäftigung und in Kombination mit attraktiven Sozialleistungen

mindestens EUR 45.524 ,-- brutto. Zeitabhängige Zulagen (z.B. Nachtschichtzulage,

Sonn- und Feiertagszulagen) werden zusätzlich vergütet.

Nach erfolgreichem Abschluss der erforderlichen Ausbildung erhalten Mitarbeiterinnen und

Mitarbeiter eine zusätzliche Funktionszulage von bis zu 500 € brutto (Anpassung der Zulage

erfolgt durch die jährliche IST-KV-Erhöhung).
