Wat ga je doen?

  • aansturen van een team orderpickers
  • mee werken zodat de planning tijdig klaar is
  • je maakt planningen op rekeningen houden met het aantal bestellingen, deadlines etc..
  • heel belangrijk je staat tussen je collega's, laat je handen wapperen in het magazijn, werkt mee als orderpicker en geeft het goede voorbeeld
  • Je zorgt er steeds voor dat alles op wieltjes blijft draaien: kleine technische storingen? Jij of je team pakken die aan. Grotere issues geef je door aan de technische dienst
  • magazijnadministratie rond retours, fouten, aantal stuks etc...
  • je werkt ook mee aan allerei kleine projecten zoals bvb vervallen stock, beschadigde goederen (hoe dit vermijden, verbeteren, etc...)
  • je zorgt voor een interne goede samenwerking met andere teamleaders, HR, verzending
  • Kwaliteit, veiligheid en klanttevredenheid staan voor jou altijd voorop.

Belangrijk in je functie is het stimuleren van continue verbetering: je spot fouten, zoekt oplossingen en analyseert trends om nog beter te worden.

Je weet wat het is om volgens strikte logistieke flows te werken.

  • je werkt mee in 2ploegen
  • hebt oog voor verbeteringen door te voeren
  • analyseert zaken en neemt initiatieven
  • IT-vaardig: Excel moet gekend zijn
